Cilantro Mojito for meats and root vegetables

INGREDIENTS: 
1 bunch of cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp of minced garlic 
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt and pepper

WHAT TO DO!

Finely chop:

  • garlic
  • cilantro 
Mix oil and lemon juice. 
Add cilantro, garlic. 
Add salt and pepper.

Let rest for 30 mins so juices build up together.
