Wet & Dry Roasted Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:

Dry:
- 1 tablespoon of lemon & pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (without salt)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
Wet:
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of broken/sliced olives with a little bit of juice
1 whole chicken (washed and cut by half if desired)
Procedure:
- Wash the chicken and cut in half
- Put the dry rub inside and outside chicken
- Put the wet ingredients inside and outside chicken
- Roast in in the oven at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours.
I cut the chicken in halves so it cooks faster.
