Wet & Dry Roasted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

Dry:

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon & pepper seasoning 
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (without salt) 
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper 
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano 
Wet: 
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoon of broken/sliced olives with a little bit of juice

1 whole chicken (washed and cut by half if desired) 

Procedure: 

  1. Wash the chicken and cut in half
  2. Put the dry rub inside and outside chicken
  3. Put the wet ingredients inside and outside chicken 
  4. Roast in in the oven at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours.
I cut the chicken in halves so it cooks faster.
