Lightly Fried Panko Chicken Breasts
Ingredients:
Cook Time: 20 mins
- 2 pounds of chicken breast. Thawed!!!! Thinly Sliced.
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Adobo Goya
- 1/2 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 cup of Panko Italian Style
- 1/4 cup of oil - for frying
Procedures:
- Thinly Slice chicken breasts.
- Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder and adobo goya.
- Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mix you just made!
- Add the Panko.
- In a medium pan/skillet. Heat the oil. Medium-high setting.
- Place the seasoned and "panko-ed" chicken on the HOT oil.
- Sprinkle the paprika over the chicken.
- Let each side brown.
- Remove from heat. Drain in a paper towel over a plate.
Serves: 2-4
