Lightly Fried Panko Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds of chicken breast. Thawed!!!! Thinly Sliced. 
  2. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  4. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  5. 1 teaspoon of Adobo Goya 
  6. 1/2 teaspoon of Paprika 
  7. 1 cup of Panko Italian Style 
  8. 1/4 cup of oil - for frying 

Procedures: 
  1. Thinly Slice chicken breasts.
  2. Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder and adobo goya.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mix you just made! 
  4. Add the Panko. 
  5. In a medium pan/skillet. Heat the oil. Medium-high setting.
  6. Place the seasoned and "panko-ed" chicken on the HOT oil. 
  7. Sprinkle the paprika over the chicken. 
  8. Let each side brown.
  9. Remove from heat. Drain in a paper towel over a plate. 

Cook Time: 20 mins 
Serves: 2-4
