Funfetti Pancakes for the Littles - Protein Packed

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 cup of butter yellow cake mix.
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bar of butter ( about 3.5-4 tbps)
  • 1/4 cup of water or milk
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp of multicolor sprinkles 
  • 1/2 tsp flavor
WHAT TO DO?

  • Beat egg
  • Add cake mix and mix.
  • Add melted butter. Mix again
  • Add water. mix.
  • Add chia, hemp, sprinkles. mix
  • Add flavor, mix
On a hot non stick pan, melt butter and add mix 1/4 - 1/8 cup at a time. 
Depends on the size you want for your pancakes.
Brown on 2 sides.

Serve with 10x sugar or maple syrup.

WARNING: Children under 1 year should not eat honey derived products. Check your syrup ingredients before feeding. 

LITTLE IDEAS: Use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes before serving.
