Cielito Lindo - Editas Style

Ingredients:

• 1 block of cream cheese - room temp
• 2 pounds of ground meat - cooked
• 1 can of Mexican salsa - chunky and mild. I like Pace brand.
• 1 whole lettuce
• 1-2 tomatoes
• 1/2 cup of chopped white onion
• 1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro
• 1 cup of shredded cheese - I like Colby and cheddar mix
